ENCORE PLUS CONSIGNMENT INFORMATION
1- Consignment is done by appointment, and please let us know how many pieces you have for consignment.
2- We accept clothing purchased from Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Nordstrom, and high end boutiques. (Primarily Designer Clothing).
3- The clothes must be clean, pressed, and on hangers when brought in for consignment (no stains rips, or tears).
4- All merchandise is on a 50% - 50 % monetary split.
5- We pay at the beginning of each month. Each months check is from the previous months sales.
6- Merchandise is sold on the floor for 30 days at the agreed upon price.
7- Unsold consigned merchandise is subject to reduction in price of 20% after 30 days and 50% after 60 days.
8- Please call first before coming in for pickup. We need one days notice to gather your articles.
9- We authenticate all designer bags. There is a $ 10.00 fee for each bag determined fake. No charge will be rendered if the bag is authentic. Fake bags will be returned, and the $ 10.00 fee is payable when the bag is picked up.
